Quality Assurance Policy
NTL Electrical Services Ltd operates across several interlinked sectors within the electrical industry providing: electrical design, installation, testing and commissioning services to the construction industry and specialist Shows and Exhibitions Industry.
NTL Electrical Services Board of Directors is committed to:
- The continuing development and implementation of our quality management system.
- Achieving compliance with the requirements of the quality management system by continually reviewing and improving its effectiveness so that all client requirements are met.
- Ensuring there is availability of resources for all activities affecting quality. This includes full backing for the Quality, Environmental and Safety Team whose function is to develop, monitor and provide assistance in the implementation of all Policies and communicate the importance of meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring that quality objectives are established at all levels of the organisation, with the aim of continually improving the product and services we provide and so enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that senior management reviews the performance of the quality management system so that progress with existing quality objectives can be assessed and new ones established as necessary.
The named NTL Electrical Services Manager in the specific Project Method Statement will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Company’s Quality Assurance Policy for there assigned Project. In turn the Board of Directors are responsible for their manager’s compliance and performance respectively.
This Quality Assurance Policy is explained to all staff on induction. It is also available to other interested parties on request.
Our Quality Assurance Policy is reviewed annually and this Statement may be subsequently updated. A copy of the Statement is displayed at all our site office locations.
