Positive feedback from customer surveys gained the headlines at NTL’s AGM as the company’s new online customer survey form provided an easier and quicker platform to obtain customer reviews.

Since the online survey form was implemented 98% of customers said they would use NTL Electrical Services in the future and recommend us to a friend or colleague.
