Health and Safety Policy Statement

General Statement
The Board of Directors of NTL Electrical Services Ltd regards the promotion of Health and Safety measures as a mutual objective for management and employees at all levels. It is therefore this Company’s policy to do all that is reasonably practicable to prevent personal injury, work related ill health and damage to property, and to protect everyone from foreseeable work hazards, including the public insofar as they come into contact with the Company or its products.

The Company believes that all accidents, workplace injuries and cases of occupational ill health are preventable. The aim is to promote continual improvement and a zero injuries culture. This will be achieved by raising positive behavioural awareness at all levels throughout the company.

Has overall responsibility for the health, safety and welfare, and will ensure that the policy is properly implemented, monitored and periodically reviewed, in accordance with all statutory provisions.

Employees of NTL Electrical Services Ltd are expected to co-operate in the operation of this policy by:

The Policy, organisation structure and general arrangements will be reviewed at least annually or following any significant changes in company practices. All changes will be endorsed by the Board of Directors.

This policy is available at all times to employees. Personnel copies are issued to new employees at induction. This policy is also available to other interested parties on request.

This general statement of Company Policy relating to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Is supported by full details of the organisation and arrangements currently in operation.

The Company accepts its moral and legal responsibility to protect its personnel from unnecessary suffering resulting from incidents at work and fundamental to this policy is the belief that:
